I got the MadCatz SE stick and the X button works most of the time but sometimes nothing comes out. What pisses me off most is that the button fails me at crucial moments on wake up and i cant jab/tech out of a throw attempt and get pwnt. Or sometimes my ultra doesnt come out but there's really no way to know if that's the button's fault or my input.

haha, I have a SE stick and my B button isn't as responsive as my others...and my up-left diagonal on my stick doesn't function properly either...depending on how the stick is turned, it won't contact the upper microswitch. i have to spin the balltop in the middle of a match to get it to jump sometimes, which often results in losses.

i ordered a replacement stick from lizardlick like, 3 weeks ago, but they're backed up still.

Why in the world would you order from a place like that when Amazon exists?

I ordered the TE on Monday and it arrived Tuesday (like 7 bucks for 1 day shipping) and they are shipping me a new one (arrives tomorrow) already.

I have 30 days to return the broke one or I have to pay for both. Amazon has excellent service.

On a second note, I am done with SF4 online pretty much. The last 2 weeks I have played hardcore with pros and average players strictly offline. Going back to online last night + HDTV lag...I don't see how anyone plays this...its awful online. I am going to give it a last shot with a CRT monitor and then f it. Funky Fighter is this Saturday, and then SEB incoming.....can't get input out of whack.

I bought the stick from Amazon, but I was going to mod it anyway, so this just gave me more reason to do it sooner. The stick is still usable, and it doesn't give me that problem all the time, just enough to annoy me.

have you tried unplugging it and plugging it back in? on occassion i have had an issue with a button and that's solved the issue.

that being said i have never had a issue with my te sticks performance.

yeah online sf4 is pretty horrible, only way it's even remotely bearable is when playing people from your area/friendlist. even halfway across the US is toooo far for sf4 to play decently.

I am about to make a MvC2 stick with Perfect360 Stick + straight layout buttons for PS3 MvC2 ! :D

I need ideas on which chars to use for the art ppl! Right now the TE stick is going to get Ibuki-fied, but I need 2 more chars for my HRAP3 and the Marvel stick.

Blazblue online is an absolutely spoiling experience. I thought SFIV was good but after going back and hitting up a few rounds online I can't believe the difference.
