i have never heard of TO's taking a portion of the entrance fee's... the standard is either all fee's go to players in the form of 70/20/10 payout or it's like 2 bucks to the VENDOR and 5 bucks to entrance fee... which again gets payed out in full to players in a 70/20/10 split

Tip: For your Sakura, don't always do the 3 hit SRK-K in the air. Sometimes, its better to J+MK and then you can fall either in front or behind them (you choose) and its a 50% chance to start a new combo.
