Anyone know a good genesis emu

So the "Games nobody else played" post inspired me to start playing shadowrun again. I downloaded the game, and 2 emulators (genecyst and some other one I forget) but both of them change the color settings, which crashes FFXI.

Main idea was whenever im just bored hanging around doing nothing Ill play, but they both cant be running at the same time. Anyone know of any emulators that just pop up windowed and dont change the color settings and refresh the screen?

Gens is a really good one. Has online support (never tried it though) and upsampling options for audio, then a "AA" mode so the games look good on larger resolutions in fullscreen mode.

I don't know if it's still in development or not, I just have my good copy I keep on my USB key and haven't bothered to upgrade/update.

I use dgen and it has always worked for me, but I've never tested others to see how they compare.
