I honestly think Bush is a good guy at heart, but he surrounded himself with some terrible people (starting with his vice president) and he got the majority of the heat for listening to them. I always thought he was a retarded President, but as an everyday guy, he seems okay.

Man fuck this guy, seriously, his answers on katrina are an utter fucking joke. The people who were rescuing people off the roofs were local law enforcement. This is why the looting got out of control because of all the resources were trying to save people than preventing crime.

I laugh at the whole mess because its fucking hilarious at how this country can have aid on the ground 24hours after a tsunami hits thailand but it took three days to help out a city in our own backyard.
