I'm not sure what is worse...

Having a good team on the verge of being really great or a team that you know sucks, will suck and even when they have a glimmer of hope, find a way to suck.

having a team in perma suck is awesome, the losses NEVER hurt as bad. my boy is a absolute die hard bills fan and every year he is so content with their terrible record. then this year they teased him by started 5-1 and went on to fall off the face of the earth, never have i seen a man so crushed.

    This is very true.

I thought that I would be trapped under that mind set until last year. I always thought Eli would be one of those guys to never suck enough to lose their job but never good enough to bring home a ring.

But he not only proved me wrong, he shut up boston fans for .02 seconds (new world record), defeated the butt chin, AND ruined their magical season in the process.

I dare you to find a sweeter victory than that.

I agree. Was at a friends house who happens to be a Pats fan. When Plax caught that TD pass I was in his face for a good 20 seconds laughing/pointing/yelling. He kicked me out and we haven't spoken since. It was worth it.

And also, I just heard that former Falcons DE Shane Dronett died today? Anyone know how? He was on that Falcons team with Jamal Anderson, Chris Chandler, Warrick Dunn etc... Dronett and Keith Brooking fucking wrecked shop on defense during those seasons.

Panthers fans know his ass all too well. He wasn't old at all, was wondering if anyone else knew the cause? ESPN and others sites don't have it posted yet.

    Edit: Found it.

Aikman has actually been saying this for quite a while on another radio station, but I guess since it hit ESPN's airwaves now they'll write about it lol.

Also heard another report on the radio (and I've been looking for an article to cite on it) that Romo has been accused of "big timing" T.O. The story is that while watching film, T.O. pipes up and says "see Tony, look, I'm open!" and all Romo did was laugh as a response. Not a great way to be handling things for sure if this is the case.

Dude I saw that also, that explains alot with Romo. he seems to not give a shit when and if the Cowboys lose a big game. He always has that stupid smirk and just comes off as smug when it comes to winning.

    Dallas loses and heres Romo:

"We lost, deal with it. When it happens it happens, we'll try again next year. You guys are to serious, blame me if you want but ill be here next year ready to try to do it again" *smile

I mean, he annoys me so much with that shit. I can't even begin to imagine how you guys feel lol.

The problem with Romo is that Jessica is too fucking hot. All he wants to do is finish the season so he can fuck her the rest of the offseason. He cant have sex with her during the season, cause women weaken legs.

He needs a wife like this.

    I don't know about Romo.

How does it feel to go from undrafted obscurity to 60 mil? He's gotten big-headed.

When he messes up on field theres no one telling him on the sidelines how much he fucked up, he just puts his cap on and sits on the bench.

Cards fans just dont know how to act right now.

Foolish vandals go too far to taunt McNabb

CHANDLER, Arizona (AFP) - Two bungling Arizona Cardinals fans were arrested for vandalizing the lawn of Philadelphia quarterback Donovan McNabb after leaving police a key clue - a name and address label sticker.

Rex Perkins, 37, and Ryan Hanlon, 28, were arrested on Sunday after three "pranks" at the home of McNabb, who resides in a gated community in suburban Phoenix but played for the team that Arizona faced last week in the playoffs.

The Arizona Cardinals, led by quarterback Kurt Warner, defeated Philadelphia last Sunday to book a trip to their first Super Bowl. They will face Pittsburgh for the National Football League crown on February 1 at Tampa, Florida.

McNabb laughed off two incidents earlier in the week ahead of the game but was angered early on Saturday morning when diesel fuel was used to burn the words "Go Cards", "Go Kurt" and "I (heart) AZ" on McNabb's lawn.

"They thought it was funny," Chandler Police Department sergeant Joe Favazzo said.

What was funny was the prior incident where a cardboard box and sign reading "Go Cards" and "Beat Philly" were placed in McNabb's yard.

The box contained a sticker with Perkins's name and address on it. After police arrived following the lawn burning, McNabb showed them the box and they went to Perkins's home, where he confessed and named Hanlon as an accomplice.

The incidents began on Thursday when the men placed a Cardinals' souvenir flag in a tree outside McNabb's home. The Eagles star left the flag in the tree.

You hit it right on the head.

Yeah, when you're used to a life of futility it's easy to get excited over something like winning a game lol. Fucking morons.
