With the success of recent applications, our roster has filled up to a strong 38 active members. With this in mind, we've changed some of our recruitment priorities.

We're still interested in seeing the applications of anyone who wants to join.

From this point onward, we'll be looking intently to find applicants who meet the following criteria:

- Job variety: Two or more level 75 jobs falling under multiple archetypes. Mage jobs are a bonus, but not necessary, as players who can fulfill several different roles at events help us to keep our members coming as a variety of jobs instead of being pigeonholed into the same jobs repeatedly.

- Strong tanks: A note to those who play PLD or NIN exclusively - We're only looking for tanks with important gear and experience in a balance of situations; PLDs who already have cornerstone items like Crimson Cuisses, Shadow Mantle/Ring, Homam Manopolas/Cosciales/Gambieras, Hauteclaire, Defending Ring, Valor Surcoat, or Ares's Cuirass. Career NINs should be capable of building a strong NIN/DRK or NIN/RDM set for HNMs.

- Relic weapons: An obvious bonus to any application and the best way to get your spot secured in the alliance as a DD slot even though you may have mage jobs leveled.

- Attendance: Playtimes which enable an applicant to attend all of our events, including the optional ones (Limbus, Salvage, and Dynamis), will help your chances of getting accepted immensely. See our schedule here: Rules, Policies & Schedule

- Willingness to compete: Camps on Phoenix have been particularly accessible and rewarding for us so far, and members who can consistently show up to help out with claiming and defeating these HNMs are still a priority for us. Having mules or alternate characters to camp multiple HNMs at once is a strong bonus.

Again, we're still interested in seeing anyone's applications! But these are some things to keep in mind if you're looking to apply.
