F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin

Well, with the demo coming next week, I was curious to see if anyone else is interested in this title.

I just finished the first one (as in 6 AM this morning)... I had been interested in it for a while, then I realized the sequel is coming out soon so I picked it up new for pretty cheap. I really enjoyed it, and after watching all of the trailers and shorts on gametrailers, I'm pretty excited.

I also picked up F.E.A.R. Files, but apparently there were some bizarre copyright issues, and the expansions weren't made by Monolith, so they aren't considered as canon to the main storyline.

Fun as hell. The action is really crazy in 16+ matches.

Got this today, getting ready to play it. Just reading the booklet that came with the pre-order to get all of the information on the story. Someone at GameFAQs was kind enough to upload it here.

Supposedly 'Hard' is the...hardest difficulty setting. No Extreme this time around, but it's what I'm going to start on.

Great the return of the child that scares the fuck outta me. My brother plays it (never was really into shooters) but damn the 1st one did seem like a cool game and they say this one waay better.

Yeah, the game is pretty amazing. Only done the first level so far, but it was, as Badkarma said, a great start to the game.

The visuals are fantastic, the "cover" system is really cool (and seeing enemies use it to their advantage too is really awesome), and the game has already made me jump twice. Playing it on Hard, hopefully the later levels will offer up a good challenge.
