75 Thf/Nin/War/Drk/Blm/Pld Looking for linkshell.

Not really sure how to go about this since it seems a lot of people here don't really get many replies. Could just be that they're replied to in PM's, either way I'll just post my info and see what happens.

I had taken a break to try WoW with my girlfriend, but it got pretty boring for both of us rather quickly. When I came back a month later, I found that my shell was broken(though I had told them I wouldn't be rejoining them if I came back to FFXI). Almost a month after my return to the game I find myself really missing endgame events, so I'd like to find out if there's any shells that would work out for me and/or are looking for someone like me. I have looked around a bit too, but there's just so many shells out there I want narrow the chances that I completely miss the one that could be perfect for me.

I figure a good thing to start on would be my playtimes since this can help most shells easily tell if I can make most events. I work 4am EST Monday-Thursday until we get finished, which is usually around 2pm EST, though sometimes earlier and sometimes a little bit later. I shower and eat after I get home, I also try to get in bed no later than 11:30pm EST when I have to work the next day(no, I don't sleep a lot during my work week, though I'd be a liar if I didn't say I come home and pass out sometimes). So my playtimes look something like this:

Mon: ~3:30pm EST-11:30pm EST
Tue: ~3:30pm EST-11:30pm EST
Wed: ~3:30pm EST-11:30pm EST
Thur: ~3:30pm EST-Anytime
Fri: All day
Sat: All day
Sun: All day until 11:30pm EST

I'm interested in a shell that isn't incredibly large, maybe 30ish people, that has many members who still enjoy the game and what it has to offer. When nothing is scheduled I'd like to be able to farm sky, sea, do assaults, waste a tag on nyzul, ks30-99, merit, help out with missions, farming zeni, ENM, or maybe even a random salvage run. Basically a shell with motivated people who aren't just afk between camps or events all the time. I don't expect to always be going but extended downtime between scheduled events is very boo(like going days with nothing happening in between). I'd also like almost, if not everything, to be in house.

I personally enjoy fighting HNM's but don't care much for standing around at the long camps(Cerb/Khim/Tiamat). If it's needed in the final 4-6 hours of windows though I won't complain. I do enjoy the rush of running to an HNM after it's popped if the server is lucky enough to not have 24hr holding party campers. I also don't mind King camps at all but wouldn't care if I never camped another one.

I really enjoy the timer events and usually find myself wishing I could do them all the time. Dynamis, Limbus, Salvage, Assault, Nyzul, Einherjar. Love them all. I really enjoy CoP Dynamis and Limbus especially. I'd like it also if my future shell somehow tries to involve everyone who wants to be a part of any or all of these, though I very much understand the logistical nightmares that trying to get everyone in on something like Salvage or Nyzul can be.

Stupidity REALLY gets me. There's too many resources out there for a lot of the stupid things that happen(example: farming water in sky one day another member comes up and ends up dead at the celestial nexus diorite camp, then just waited to be raised). Sometimes simple mistakes and brainfarts happen though, forgetting toolbags, silent oils, or even food, things like that I can understand from time to time. When people don't know what's going on and then don't follow direction though, /sadface.

If you're still with me, here's a bit about my character.

-75 Thf, Nin, War, Drk, Blm, Pld with 37 Whm, Rdm, Sam, and Rng. I plan to level either Brd, Whm, or Rdm to 75 next, but it probably won't be for a while.
-100 Leathercraft and everything else except fishing is 55+.
-Bastok rank 10.
-All Assaults completed.
-Rotz and Cop completed.
-Toau 31.
-Wotg Cait Sith
-Bronze Ribbon of Service campaign(this is terrible and I know it).

Now for my endgame experience.

-All Sky Gods and Kirin
-All Sea Jailers, but no AV.
-Ouryu and Bv2(melee burn only though).
-All Rotz Kings.
-All CoP Wyrms(many many Tiamat, only 1 or 2 Jorm, and 1 Vrtra(that I left early to claim -Tiamat, so no title)).
-Many of each Cerb/Khim/Hydra.
-A few Dark Ixion and a few Sandworm(have not killed Lambton or HQ Serket).
-I've pulled all Dynamis zones(admittedly though I'm not very comfortable with some of them still), and have wins in all except Tavnazia.
-Done all limbus zones many times over and will love them all forever.
-Have cleared every Einherjar chamber. Was a part of an Odin kill, though I was mostly just a TH4whore.
-I'm comfortable with and understand most mechanics of the salvage zones. There are a few NM's and 1 chariot I haven't killed.
-I've done and understand Nyzul Isle, though only have a disk saved up to floor 21.
-Only some ZNM's and nothing past tier 3.

Now I'll post my merits and primary gearsets for my jobs. I don't like to admit it but my merits are weak. Will spoiler tag gearsets since I have a lot of pictures.

I understand none of my sets are perfect and I'm missing some gear on all jobs but I have a pretty good grasp on what I need to improve. I'd also like to say that I feel I'm a good player.
