So, my ls is starting ZNM, and the roster won't be more than 12 people. Could someone give me the best alliance setup for these 3 ZNM and strategy for 12manning them?

Tinnin is pretty easy. I do it regularly with 7-9people, including a WHM 2box. Grab your standard tank PT (PLD/NINx2 WHM RDM BRD), a THF for TH, then however many
BLMs/SCHs/SMNs/PUPs you can get for damage. Nukes work pretty well; I've never actually used melee damage on it, but it might be ok as long as they know when to back off before nerve gas. Still, magic damage seems the easiest.
Watch taking hate on it; anytime it draws in it will immediately use a TP move.
Keep Slow II/Elegy up, and I highly recommend recasting elegy before it wears off in case it decides to conveniently wear off right as it does Polar Bulwark (magic immunity).
It does Nerve Gas immediately after it does a Bulark. Your mages should be ready to cursna/poisona/cure tanks as soon as you see it do the Bulwark.
Can NIN/DRK and RDM/NIN tank Tinnin well?
rdm\nin u say, someone send out the tsuko signal
Twice with a Paladin co-tank who rarely had hate, twice solo- one of which was absent of any Elegy. Hits relatively hard from my experience, but I generally get hit no more than once or twice a fight. Having a magic reduction set is recommended, as there's usually plenty of time to equip it before Polar/Pyric Blast or Nerve Gas goes off. Most of all, a good healer makes all the difference; delay in removing status effects can make or break you.
On that note, lolNerve Gas

No cracks at the weakness, the healer for that run had difficulty comprehending that I was tanking, and subsequently didn't feel at all pressured to heal/Cursna/Paralyna me at any point during the fight. Comes with the territory, I suppose. >:
Oh yeah, you asked about more than Tinnin..
Uhh, I have yet to tank Tyger, but from what I've seen he's nothing to be concerned about.
Sarameya is even more of a joke than Tinnin in my opinion, granted you have quick people on Dispel. /NIN is pretty pointless, but I could get his melee damage down to nearly nothing, and his spell/TP damage down to /literally/ nothing.

Happy hunting.
Ohay
Alright, thank you. Hopefully all will go well.
Wouldn't recommend PLD on tinnin, he takes 0 damage from spirit based damage.
aka: chi blast, atonement, spirits within, possibly excal proc
Tinnin is pretty easy to tank though, elegy and slow pretty much means his overall melee is just laughable, only real problem is the buildup of hate in BLM, especially on low number since hate really adds up the longer the fight go.
Sarameya is an easy fight if you can get a good damage reduction setup with phalanx support since his melee will be laughable, and with fire set, so will his spell and his non breath WS.
Tyger in the other hand...is just evil. Unslowable, unelegiable, hits fairly hard, and have a bunch of WS that can range from bitchslapping to murdering tanks depending on the amount of shadows they have, which he will have no qualm of wiping with double attacks, maybe even triple.
That's before Fulmination ^^
Don't underestimate tyger. He hits about as hard as khim and attacks about 3 times faster due to complete immunity to slow/elegy, his WSs suck as and combined with his attack speed, keeping shadows up is difficult. Pld/war or /rdm might even be best on him, combined with dd that won't feed it too much tp (smn, blm).
He's got poor accuracy and NIN's survival is pretty good against him, but you can't stun for hate and NIN/RDM requires so much support to be able to hold hate that it's a pretty lousy tank for low-man situations. I've tanked him on NIN/RDM but honestly I didn't do a great deal of tanking.
Ya I assumed that evasion tanking him would work out great, since khim has lousy accuracy too, Im just too much of a wimp to try it (being terror/stoned/stunned and shadows wiped on almost every fucking WS sux). Pld/nin was just a nightmare to tank last time, so im going to try pld/war or /rdm next time and see how I like it.
My EVA set is good, but, could I keep hate on it as /RDM since stun isn't an option?
I suspect you can hold hate over the BLMs if they are reasonable about the rate at which you're building hate, because the PLDs I've co-tanked Tyger with had no problems holding hate over them, and I did occasionally manage to get hate. I foresee you having some problems with people not being used to how long it takes to establish hate without the use of /ja's and spike enmity spells, but once you get going I do think you'll be able to hold hate if you do it right.
I haven't tanked but once or twice as NIN/RDM, would I be spamming Blind/Bind/Sleep for hate?
Yeah, those are the most MP-efficient. Dispel is great for the low recast if you have enough refresh to support it, but NIN never really does.
I tanked Tygre back in the day NIN/RDM. I don´t remember much but it seemed kinda easy.
