starting to believe that people tping in +str gear is a carry over from other mmorpgs. In those games (such as Perfect World International), +str & +dex actually gives a very noticible boost in atk and acc respectively, where as in FFXI, the effect is a lot less noticible.

Those people just have to learn the mechanics of ffxi and be open minded to learning.
