Of course we knew its breaking the game, just like the exploits in previous games, make us cheaters? Yes. Bad people who deserve to be banned and lose seeing our friends daily?

It doesn't make you bad people. However, you do deserve to be banned not because it's good or bad, but because it's against the rules. SE said they would punish you if you didn't follow the rules and this is just SE doing what they said they would do: punish people who break the rules.

I think it's ridiculous to keep blaming this on SE's shortcomings as programmers. We all know the time sinks in the game are lame, but again. This is your own fault, and that's why it's so funny. You do click on an "I agree" button every time you log on.

Besides there are other ways to keep in touch with friends: MSN/AIM/IRC, start a new character, WOW, Hello Kitty Online, phone, meet irl, and the list goes on....
