LM-17: temp/investigation perhaps
Mail: off the hook
Nothing: Godlike entities

I'd say:

Mail: Warning/Pending investigation as well
Nothing: Pure luck.

Though this was a serious matter and the STF has made it known they aren't fucking around...so those who got off the hook, better not think too full of themselves, look at what happened when they patched it, people figured SE would do nothing because nothing happened to them then or at the usual ban period.

I haven't seen anyone post that they got a LM-11 from this, 2 with LM-17 called and were told they were banned, and they said how many bans and how many temps already so I would assume none are still under investigation. I think everyone either got a LM-17 and won't know if they're banned/suspended until it wears off in the case of suspension or got a mail and is off the hook. Refer to my earlier post for my experience with the different messages.

I really doubt its a warning/pending investigation.. SE is not one to tell you in advance that they are going to do something.

That was hilarious lol. I would feel bad too..but I honestly can't bring myself to even say "That sucks" to them; It's clearly written not to take advantage of exploits or you can be banned without warning this is why you actually read and acknowledge/understand those ToS/EULAs.

I'm pretty sure everyone understood them, they just figured the benefits outweighed the risks.. sure was a hell of a lot of gil to be made soloing boroka and promy ENMs with POS :3

So you received a letter informing you that you may have been involved without being aware? or something like that. Anyone in your group get a temp/perma which happening to trigger your letter becuase you were present in the logs?

yeah, SE's so objective and thorough at enforcing thier own terms of service. hi2u years of RMT in sky, rampant botting, et al. seriously, get off it. i'll take my ban/suspension without flinching, but get off your high horse. SE has absolutely the worst development, customer service and support i've ever dealth with, and that's saying a lot as i deal with GE's service reps in afghanistan.

they even nuked our TH4 mule lol. that's just fucking funny...

side note: no consistancy whatsoever as to who's banned/suspended and in regards to if you got duped drops, or were just there. one of our peripherial guys that was basically just there as a warm body is banned.

One person that I know of got banned, and I am the only one that got a letter. The person who got banned had a pair of auto sorted Macha cuffs that he can't even use -.- So it doesn't make sense. We didn't do it much for a month only and we only got like 2-3 drops int hat time. We communicated on Vent so might be related to that I guess.

Yeah, i'm with the people on the STFU committee here: SE has been nice with the game we've been given but has handled its the complaints and critizisms of the player base by pretending they don't exist.

Also, IIRC you can tell if you got perma or not by the LS community website? Doesn't it show 'closed' accounts as greyed out, IE inactive?

One question.... if it's only a 3 day ban will those items be deleted from inventory when those players return? I mean let's face it, a 3 day ban and coming back to a full set of duped gear makes it all the more laughable.
