It's a sad day today, alot of some great players who I had a blast with playing got baned.

It's a great day because the people who I was so pissed at when I left my old shell are now gone for good. And thier greed is to blame.

I was furrious at some people for not telling me about this exploit. Some of those people I thought were my friends.

In the end, I was lucky they never told me about it. Cause I would have done the trick my self. And I'd now be banned along side with them.

In the end, it's a matter of getting caught. The people in my old shell, some 17 of them got what they deserved. A ban hammer. People used this exploit to make gil to buy gear/weapons at an excelerated pace that had not they glitched salvage or anyother zone would still be working on to this day.

A LS full of salvage gear affects the game ballance. Lets all be honest. LS's making millions of sandworm drops over and over again affects the game ballance. Good on SE to ban people. When the day comes that they ban us all for using windower, I'll accept it and move on. Just cause we all do it doesn't make it right.

R.I.P Richardd, Darlin, Kujo, Veyron, and anyother SA member who helped me and anyone else during the time I spent with you guys.

It's still the programmers fault not the player base, no where in any of my posts did I say that something shouldn't have been done, item removal or rollback would have been appropriate though. Ban would not have been.

God forbid we take any personal accountability for our actions, ya know we may actually become responsible people. Nobody put a gun to your head and forced you to cheat. On the other hand there IS in FFXI, and all this misspent time on the forums from our baned people whining about how unfair it is, you could already have all 6 starting jobs to 10 and have one ready to enter valkrum dunes. Oh I am sorry those banned definantly forgot how to do that much like us regular non-75's that arent godly equipped "dont know how to kill fafnir", so let me break it down. for thosewho have to restart.

You start the game as one of 6 lvl 1 jobs and no subjob (Warrior Thief Monk White Mage Black Mage Red Mage) Now in order to level you must leave town check your map for where the exit is. Basically your first 10 levels are going to be about killing, but simultaneously farming so you have basic gear and spells for your next job or valkrum dunes. Use the auction house in your home nation to sell items you farmed. You can buy most of your spells weapons and items from vendors located in southern sandoria (weapons and armor) Spells are in port Sandoria, Port Windurst and Bastok markets. After one of your jobs is 10 it is wise to learn how to play as a team and lfp in the areas close to valkrum dunes. Once lvl 18 you can do the subjob quests. For this you will need higher level help or a full party.
This concludes the basic leveling guide and subjob aquisition.

Just happened to start looking at the thread and this is the first post I saw, and after I saw the Titan list too. I kinda miss that server sometimes, and the only linkshell I ever thought I'd be happy to be a part of if I had stayed was Karasu. We don't know each other, but I'd still like to say good luck with real life.

I'm kinda in mourning here; I lost a lot of friends, which is why I played the game in the first place. End of an 'era' mebbe. I am just hoping this is a scare tactic and that nobody actually got banned. :/
