I am not surprised that SE took action due to the fact that they said they were going to investigate the duping back in a fan fest interview last year and take appropriate action. The bottom line is cheating is cheating. Even if it is a glitch/exploit in the game.... we all remember that glitch in Tavnazia where you could buy a certain item and NPC it back for more than what it was worth. It was a glitch that people exploited and they were dealt with after it was found.

It really doesn't matter how bad the salvage drops were, if you duped, you cheated and that is all there is too it. I don't have a problem with those who got caught and owned up to it, but I do have a problem with those who felt entitled to cheat, got caught, start complaining about getting temp suspended/banned, and attack others for calling them out.

i do the ashu talif#2 quest daily with my trio static and used this dupe trick when we learned of it and while it lasted. used it in nyzul once i think before patch. anyway, i feel like using it everyday is considered a more serious offense lol... on hold right now to find out whether i'm temp or perm banned. i knew the risks involved and i'm ready to face the consequences. oh yea, i got my full usukane set way before the trick and i also have amanomurakumo.

For content that has been out for as long as it has been, if you can't kill a ground king with 18 people, you deserve to be laughed at. If you don't know what you're going up against, go do some research. It takes all of 5 minutes.
