ol. the people who should/deserved to know, knew. Those that didn't, didn't. It's as simple as that. It was kept quiet so to keep the high and mighty people who deemed this sort of behaviour as "inappropriate" from reporting it in mass scale and ruining it for those of us who enjoyed gaining our just rewards. Do Salvage 4-7 times a week for a year, complete a whopping piss poor 2-3 pieces and then come back with your Q.Q'ing.

Good? From the list I saw, they are the people who were notorious for some or all of the following:

1. Refusing to allow people to play with them if they didn't bot everything.
2. Buying/selling gil and accounts in tandem with Welt like it was nobody's business before he fled the server in disgrace.
3. Constantly muscled aside others by crowding and invading exp areas because they wanted to use up all the mobs to gain TP for some upcoming battle, ruining countless parties for countless mid-level players.
4. Refusing to help someone with so much as a simple coffer key without asking for a merc fee.
5. Being largely outfitted with gear which was also gotten by ill-gotten means.
6. Tearing anyone to shreds publicly if they left their fold, even if it was on good terms.

Yeah. Such a loss.

You are no better than a fishing bot, an account leveler, or a gilseller/buyer. for the people talking about bans:

The "process" used in game mechanics with ZERO hacks or forced cheats (i.e. pos hacking takes game data on your computer, changes it and sends false data packets back to SE. This is illegal as it is doing something outside of the game.)

As such they're not gonna ban anyone because no one "cheated" in the black and white sense of the word.
