You should never need Madrigal at bird camp unless you were in a 74 pt where everyone is just dinging to 75. My AVG WS using GA at bird camps spamming meat mithkabobs with Min/March is almost as high as his highest.

I don't know if you're only referring to warriors or something but there are plenty of jobs that can benefit from Madrigal at Greater Colibris.

Not fully-merited(combat skills at least) melee or melee RDMs could, but otherwise, madrigal is meh at bird parties.
Not defending 2x march with a single BRD, though. Thats quite stupid.

I'd say 1h in general tend to benefit from it (though they can spam Crab Sushi now too, if necessary)...some 2h, lacking merits/gear as well.
IMO, depends on what the party is mostly comprised of. If you have all 2h DDs, and you need to use Madrigal, then that's kinda sad. With dual wielders or something, eh, par for the course I guess.

I can go either way tbh. I ask what songs are going to be sang before I leave for a camp. If madrigal is in it, I'll come Polearm sam. I'll come either mnk or drg if no madrigal (my mnk has enough acc in its build to have 85% base acc before focus at that camp, so I prefer march/min when I go mnk).

Standards are getting high when not having a black belt is considered gimp. Everything else that mnk has is great gear, but nothing unobtainable without an HNM LS.

I would agree with that. -2 ACC is NOT worth the bonus of a BB. Especially when Sniper +1s on my server are 3.4m and Snipers are 160k. 6m will EASILY get you a BB.

Mithkabob = 5str, 60 attack.
Madrigal =~ +32 accuracy, ~16%

Crab Sushi = +13% accuracy, ~26 accuracy
Minuet3 = +53 attack

Madrigal is bad if it's 1 bard/4 melee with most the melee being 2h DD.

However, if polearm SAMs are too bad (this has nothing to do with being prepared) to ask for a Accuracy song/roll in a 2bard party, then they need to do less damage and eat sushi.

Really, it comes down to what the party is. If you have a 2bard party, and a polearm sam + at least 1 other person that benefits from madrigal, you should definitely have it as one of the songs.

I like the looks of Crab sushi and march/min. Kabob caps at 60 attack while minuet have 66 attack. You lose 5 str from no kabob, but get a lot more leway in WS build from the sushi (For example bkote over acc gloves or askar if u want the 2% da for penta, ect)

Edit: where are you getting 26 acc from on crab sushi? On my acc calculator, I'm using carp sushi (10% acc) since it doesnt' have crab sushi as an option and getting more than 26

And, I'm not arguing vs Minuet4, I'm arguing in a 2 bard situation. March/March/Minuet+X. Madrigal+Meat I think is better than Sushi+Minuet. Especially on birds...you get food eaten right as you WS, way worse to lose acc than attk.
