Automaton Assault as taru

looking for some information/strategy on how to do this fight as a taru.

my jobs: blm,rdm,brd,blu,drg,thf,pld,rng,sch
my mules: brd, war,sam,nin

just some general job setups, killing order and such would be nice to know, how many people will i need?

RDM/NIN (solo)

Chainspell galka down
melee hume (taru) down
melee elvaan down (no weakness)
bow mithra down

You can do it solo but with another just bring a NIN/WAR with decent throwing skill and it's win. NIN + WHM works too, elemental wheel the galka down.

I remember doing it with blu/nin, nin/war, and rdm/whm; but after that group dissolved, it was blu/nin and rdm/nin. Stun and cures, and just meleeing everything down nice and steady, save TP to finish it out quickly. rdm/nin tanked for the most part, and i (blu) just turned around when i pulled hate.

Frightful Roar + Dia II everything and enjoy the music

Hume (weak, just stun the spells)
elvaan (just melee him down)
mithra (melee her down ever so slowly)
galka (RLB>Jet stream>Bomb toss is fun, self-destruct kills are fun :3)

You dont NEED magic for the galka or ranged for the mithra, it just makes things faster (assuming you dont wipe and need that speed )

Did it duo with NIN and RDM - you've got melee, throwing and magic from the NIN, and the RDM can cure and nuke to help out. We only did it a couple of times before getting bored, but if you're careful you should be fine (also /dnc for the nin might help, did it before wotg).
I think we started with the hume for no particular reason.
