We'd talk about this a little in our Nyzul and Salvage group and people would ask for the link to "the list". I made a custom tinyurl for it if anyone feels like using it.

Oh, BG is sneaky. They made a link out of my tinyurl.
So here it is in "code" tag.
Links to first page of the thread.
Besides that, though, I wanted to say, sadly, Vagus, Goodrats, and Willriker are permanent bans on Odin if you want to bold them.
Vagus and Willriker were great guys I've done Einherjar, Salvage, and Nyzul Isle with. Vagus was nice enough to invite me to Einherjar back when nobody would do it and he knew I was struggling to try to generate interest back-in-the-day because I wanted my Animator +1. It was with that group I also got my first Odin kill. Willriker, I did Nyzul Isle with a few times and he was always a nice guy to be around in my experience. Goodrats was another Maat's Cap tarutaru that I'd see around here and there, though we didn't do much.
It's sad to see they got caught up with this and were selected for permanent bans. I'm even hearing about people getting permanently banned for just duplicating cells. While I whole heartedly agree with gear confiscation using this exploit, I understand that SE may be aware that triplicated rare gear from Sandworm drops were an astronomical profit that were likely sold and the gear can't be confiscated, and rare/ex gear was also sold for a profit such as with Jackyl's group selling triplicated Salvage equipment.
I know that Vagus and Willriker weren't large scale operators, just people that looked the other way and were only involved in that brief moment when the "secret" became mass public.
As someone that does Salvage, it would have been more frustrating to me last night when Citadel Chelonian dropped his morrigan 15 head and a coinpurse if there wasn't any punishment for people getting this to drop in threes. However, I do think the bulk of SE's punishments were a bit harsh. While I agree everyone on that list deserved a temporary ban and gear confiscation, I think the people should have been only considered for permanent bans after a more thorough investigation. I think the bulk of the bans should have focused on dissemination of the exploit rather than those who just looked the other way.
C'est la vie. Hopefully, this will make people more eager to report an exploit, rather than risk their accounts and others. It's not worth an Incus Cell and a couple extra pieces of Alexandrite to have your character deleted guys.
