Often times it is important for the leader to be properly geared. Shells usually fail if the leader leaves/quits/doesn't step on the occasional nut-sack.

Keeping leaders motivated to lead usually means keeping them interested in playing at all. The fact that Wopa got banned and then came back could ultimately make the shell even more successful.

If someone has enough points to lot something and then lot it again, they deserve it. Kind of sucks, but why shouldn't items go to those who deserve it and use it to benefit the ls?

I'm having this problem in my shell right now. New people think they can just walk in and get shiny shit immediately, and they cry when I tell them how it is. Best part is, these guys are always the ones who fricken ditch the second they get the stuff they want. ._.

There are not many new people.... so most of the people you can invite to a shell are trash who haven't been able to make it anywhere else.

There are some good diamonds left in the rough, but you won't run into them until you deal with a good 20 trash players or so. Just keep at it.

Oh, it's nothing new. Just recently a few people have started thinking 'If I bitch enough, they will change the rules for me!' when all it really does is piss off anyone that matters.
