Holy fuck that was awesome. I jumped when alma grabed you at the stage door, didn't expect that. Piloting one of the armored suits will be awesome if it has more than the machine guns at later levels. Also no lean?! What the fuck leaning was god tier in F.E.A.R.

Frame-rate is extremely sporadic on the PS3 demo, which ticked me off as it jerked almost every time I hit the zoom button in the middle of a fire-fight, throwing my aim off. Probably going to stick with the PC release, it was just more convenient to download/install a demo on the PS3. >.>

How did you all download so quick, I'm only at 56% and I started hours ago...download speed seems to fluctuate or something because if it was going 300 kb/s like it says it wouldn't have taken this long it would've been like an hour and a half.

15min download on PSN here (the file was barely 700mb for it). I take it you're all after the PC version though?

Yea the PC version is taking longer because of how its being distributed. The servers you can take it from just have a lot of people accessing them.

Played about half way through and quit out. Don't take that as a qualitative statement, the game seems very well made and the graphics are beautiful, but I'm typically not compelled (anymore) by FPS's that aren't geared to be strictly competitive. That said, I'll probably DL it when it comes out because I had a good time with the first one.

I noticed the Games for Windows Live icon and at the ending of the demo. We better be able to male custom maps like in FEAR if not it's going to get generic on the computer. I kept trying to do the slide kick and couldn't do it...only real attack is the jump kick attack and melee. Even if it was just a demo for it I feel mixed towards it.

Decided to just download it on the PS3. Really like the battle system, although I was a bit slow to get used to it because I was playing MGS4 while downloading.

Very nice but sadly not as scary as part 1 was to me.
