As Terria pointed out in the Random Gimp thread last week, we've had a new linkshell try to camp HNM. However, they looked less than stellar. Of note was a new challenger tonight. Also of note was many beggings to let them claim Fafnir. Because they "deserved it." Note, no pictures of said begging was taken.

So 3rd window rolled around and lo and behold, they claimed! As seen above, the SAM was rather boisterous in how they "owned us." That's when their troubles began.

Slowly, one by one, people were getting picked off when Faffy decided to go for a walk (no pictures sadly). He ended up by the drop down to Zi'tah. However, conveniently parked on his ass was a BLM and a THF.

Although not nearly as entertaining as a spike flail, I had the most fail GP item experience the other day. Item is a Leather shield, which is a level 51 synth. My leathercraft is level 60.

First synth happens to HQ. Hooray for a useless tier 0 and not being worth significantly more GP than the NQ. Random fail part 1. The next FOUR synths all break, two of them being crit breaks. Random fail part 2.

I am never doing that GP item again. Screw your random number generator, SE.
