Since there seems to be little to no reason for the singling out of those who got temp'ed vs. perma'ed, I was wondering if anyone was able to get to an actual human who didn't have their head up their arse? A couple of Hades Linkshells got decimated by this and several people are trying to figure out how to appeal.

The lack of reason in the varying punishments is pretty comical in a car wreck kinda way. We had people show for one event, get no drops duped and get perma-banned first offense. Others who showed for all runs and got multiple duped drops get a 72 hour. Our group was involved only in salvage for approximately 3.5 weeks and thus made no ingame profit from sale of void worms etc.

The avenues so far tried by various members have been:
POL online support: No info, no means of appeal
GM: No info, refered to legal dept. (though was funny watching the verbal beating, good job Icsima :D)
Phone support: Told to file a complaint in pol (people cant login to pol when banned)

Basically we are having no luck, anyone doing better? If so: How? Who? Tactic? Any kidnappings or naked pictures exchanged?

SE stated that there is no appeals process for banned accounts.

They'll also ban any accounts attached to your credit card, and all future ones too.
