Seasoned American fried potatoes. If you do it right, they're finger food that's a good match for a sandwich.

Usually with a light but delicious meal like hot ham n grilled I like to put some form of hickory farms on some crackers as a side, or in some cases any "spread" that is slightly bitter works too.
My tastes are probably odd though. I've also enjoyed hummus with something nice on the side of things like hot ham n cheese.
