One thing players need to look out for when looking for ls is the lotting system. Is it clear? easily understood, transparent? As i see the lotting system isnt posted by OP, here it is:

-Lot system:
System is NOT point based, majority decision by leaders will decide who gets what and how much gil you get paid depending on how much you play/how much effort you put into LS/job priority.

For people to make informed decision b4 deciding whether to apply.

Most lot systems aren't point-based as far as I've seen. To be honest, I've rarely seen a point system that works, anyways.
