though, I've certainly done things worthy of a temp suspension. Multiple MPK's, though it was for a good cause at the time - hellmines at serket, vs. RMT's.

if it gets too blatant i have this stupid conscious that holds me back, including whether wrong was done to me. like that one red mage that stole Citipati from me. lord, and then i dia'd his links... but i charmed it later .-.

1 warning for inappropriate seacom. Dumbass GM jailed me and kicked me off my account without saying anything either. Had to go through online support to find out it was only a warning. Then had to talk to a GM to find out what for and get released. Also, I find it funny that I was on Drg and not seeking when I had the seacom. (pre-2h patch)

Unaffected by 1/22/09 since I didn't know about it til it was fixed.

I was jailed for 9 days (dec. 30 - jan 6) after completing Mythic and told by SGM it was because of altering game mechanics, Alexandrite duping in salvage on my mule account, and transferred over to main. That was my only offense.

I ended up perma-banned. To be quite honest, I didn't use this glitch once on main, all on my second toon which then went over to main. Now my only question remained untouched.... If i was suspended for 10 days before for this glitch (read above), then later banned (almost 2 weeks later), should have I been suspended those prior days. Not like it matters now or whatever since its ultimately gone, but it goes in part with "what the fuck is going on with their consistency on punishing said offenders."

Not to whine/bitch, I did it and thats that.

I gotta say, you duping, which is by the far worst thing you can do in a real MMORPG, and no Diablo does not count -- would be FAR from a "first warning" this is why you people are so delusional in thinking their banning is inconsistent, when it actually isn't.

You people think it's not too big of a deal because I'm sure many of you "lololol I r better than u n00b' people did far worse cheating if you think duping is so "minor that it should only warrant it temp ban if its your first offense"..no my friend, no.

I've never been banned/suspended, just the benefit of never using 3rd party tools unless you want to get technical and call windows/keyboard/joypad/mouse/drivers 3rd party.
