I want to have a pair of Robust earrings crafted. Its lv 85 gold smith. If I find a 100+3 crafter, what is my chance to hq1 this? Its only 50k per attempt so I don't mind trying multiple times.

How are you estimating a 13% HQ rate at best? At tier1, over my 1.5 years of crafting, I've found a HQ rate for tier1 of 5-6% to be more true to my experiences.

T1 is a 5-10% HQ rate. Being Vegetto, I added another 3% because he is a lucky mother fucker.

Im of the school that HQ1 is not 10%, as widely accepted, but more along the lines of 6-7%. Personally, over the ~1400 tier1 synths I did once I hit 99/100... I was sitting at about 5%.

I think it would be foolish to plan for 13% "at best". Sorry Omni, CT respect and all, but what the hell does "at best" mean? You should know crafting better than to say anything like at best, since technically the "best" hope would be 1/1. Much better to say hope for ~7% unless you get lucky. Since luck is, of course, the biggest part of crafting.

So Vegetto, I'd say plan for 1/15 just to be on the safe side.

I suspect it's 1/12. That's what my overall tier 1 HQ rate is around, thanks to something like 0/70 on goddamned Lynx Mantles.

Personally, I synth on Darksday and neutral (Waxing or waning) moons for any significant synth. I came to the conclusion that day of the week mattered way the hell back in the days of rusty cap fishing, so I've just stuck with one thing, figuring that at the very least I'll get some data to compare against aggregate data.

I've seen people go 3/3 on a T1, and then 0/50. If its say 6%, 3% in a row is rarer than a T0. Hell Redshift has done T0 X2 in a row, T1 is set to be around 10% at best. Can't really argue when people keep HQing 2/2 and stuff.

tier 1 synths are 13% hq rate when you don't need the hq. When you want the hq it is 1/87.

I don't even consider you a crafter, you're a fucking freak of nature.

You have to have low rough spots to be considered a crafter in my eyes, Weeks gets so lucky it's sickening. Once again he is NOT a crafter do not ever listen to his advice or statistics!
