Libraries lending out video games.

Aren't the games/movies w/ public libraries have donated? Granted 90% of the libraries I now visit are Law Libraries, but would be surprised if they actually bought em themself

My local library has been lending video games for years. Furthermore, they have a better movie library than the local Blockbuster.

My mom works at the library, she helps order books, magazines, audio books all that shit and she called me up about 2 months ago asking for advice on games to order. I named off a bunch but they are only ordering games rated E-T so yea...

I deleted the email she sent me of all the games they ordered, they were pretty meh. I don't know how long its going to last though because people can't even treat books with care.

Well, if they know what's best, they'll carry at least 2-3 copies of the less popular games, and up to 10 or 20 of hot new releases. Then once the new releases stop being as popular, they can sell them off.

Bonus points if they get new games the day they come out (or the day before).
