Let me try to change my tone a little so I don't seem like quite the douche I am for calling out everyone's favorite taru.

I really see no reason for this person to make an account, make up that story and share it with BG spam of all places. He obviously knew very personal things about Uryuu which leads me to believe he is telling the truth. If Uryuu such an awesome guy I see no reason anyone would go to these lengths to make these things up. You can also tell by the tone of his posts that he did infact get ripped off.

Obviously the guy's in game personality is great and that is reflected by everyone else's posts, so good for him. I just wanted to make sure LS he is applying to is at least aware of Sigyn's posts as I don't believe he will ever be back to post in this thread... and if I was that ls leader I would at least like to be informed and take this into consideration before accepting.

It's ok to get have negative feedback in a cross server app, he has plenty of people here giving positive feedback so Im sure I'll have no effect on his application.

Toyo-ryuu is a pretty okay person. Until he makes himself a target. He will get people to intentionally pick on him, then then try and make people feel sorry for him. A lot of us in his old LS saw this almost every day. It's really a tired act. He is quite an emo person, one of the most I have seen over the years in ffxi. He argued with a lot of people, and his reasons for arguing are often over the most inane and ridiculous ideas going through his head.

He also had the tendency of being lootwhorish. Yeah, he came to a lot of events, but everyone always told the leaders as soon as he got a really good drop, he'd bail. Sure enough, after he got a Hope Torque, and very shortly thereafter a Novio Earring, the very next day after getting the earring, he left the linkshell for Pandavas I believe. He also got some other decent stuff from the LS. His reasons for leaving iirc were that he couldn't be in the LS anymore where people made fun of him on a daily basis. Which was his fault entirely.

After joining PV, he got banned on Toyotomi for repeatedly harassing a JP by poking him. However he acquired his next character, Fry (bought it, stole it, got it from a friend) whatever, he got an A. Body on Fry. I think it wasn't shortly thereafter he transferred servers with said A. Body, and also mentioned manteel and other brd gear from the other thread. I think the person he stole it from was Sigyn, iirc.

That's as much as I know other than Fry getting taken back from the original owner, he got another character, I think. Too much character and name switching to go around. I don't know anything recent of him.

Overall, he is a good player yeah, but he is often times very childish, emo, and has lootwhore tendencies. If you can deal with all of this, more power to ya. He's a good enough person, just be wary.

Also, what all did I ever get from Scrubs that was amazing? Nothing really. Majority of my stuff I got from salvage, and had before I joined the LS. I was in Scrubs for over a year and barely got anything from the LS, before I jumped servers and went to demo. I stayed with Scrubs for the people.

What the fuck are you talking about? I showed what little drama there was about him then payed him a compliment. He is a skilled player, which is more than can be said about you. That's the point of these threads, to point out the good and the bad.
