and for SherylNome, yes i am very rude and i don't show respect, but only to people who don't respect, just like 10mins ago a LS on vale claimed khim, they didn't show respect at start, so they didnt get any respect from our side, at end of the fight they showed respect and we respect them for that.
my point is, in all previous posts am rude only to people who talk trash, notice how every post points out the words "spanish trash" like they're the perfect creation, am not spanish am an arab but i still hate to see people speak like that to us, so i can't sweet talk them into respecting us, tried that for 3 months, in the end came to conclusion, an eye for an eye, and worked out up until now, kept alot of ppl quiet.

Ragnarok was slowly dying because of CG and Zan dominating, we heard good news that when we left, alot of linkshells opened recruit and went back to HNM camps, thats a good thing about CG moving out, now ragnarok won't be as boring as it was, and now Kerb and people like him can change their attention from CG to zan.
and about saying that we left because zan got khim/cerb/tia thats not true, we stopped camping those 1 week before we left, and thats when they got them, GL dealing with them, they camp with triple our numbers, new stuff to bitch about.

this thread should be locked, people won't shut up until they see that their words means nothing to us, but i won't just watch them talk crap about us so it will be an endless discussion. =D

For the english speakers out there, I think above poster meant calling out Zantetsuken for being server hopping botters is hurting your case that CG are some decent blokes when it's fairly evident in this thread that they're guilty of doing the exact same thing Zan did.

I just love how you guys demand respect and choose to show it in return only and ever only when it benefits you. You've never done anyone any favors. Maybe that one time you killed AV with EC. Maybe. It's something you don't understand about respect, it's your actions that earn it, it's not something you can force out of people. You can say whatever you want to that, I've helped you guys out as much as I've talked shit to you. Anyone in NO can attest to that. That's why they were issues there. In the beginning we tried to maintain an attitude of respect towards you all, and it's very apparent to the entire server which group caused that to disintegrate.

There are no regularly killed endgame mobs that require an extreme level, or next level, of skill to kill. first of all, no one accused Kerb of being envy, just being a pain in the ass over every little thing, and this whole NeXt LeVel thing started to piss off FRealm, the next level is IGE's line, if you get my point, IGE+FR=connection. but after a while it looked like other linkshells took it seriously at the tiamat that AV tried to steal/mpk us at, then said it to piss off AV with the presence of a GM, it kinda got stuck to CG since then, no one ever say that inside the LS.

and narshe we all know you, you helped us and we helped you, you never take sides with anyone in situations like this and everyone appreciate it, but since thread started people keep saying that we didn't show respect, for 8 months we showed respect and what did we get, Caishen cure4 tank on nidhogg then invincible behind him, TC GM'ing us 3mins after we claimed khim with 7 people at final window, Faith lagging us at Cerb/DA, all of our respect in 8 months looked worthless in these situations, so we cut it off on certain linkshells/people, some linkshells still honored the guidelines, showed total respect, even tho it was for a short while, but they got it in return.
in my own opinion Cabelas is the most friendly LS in ragnarok, they don't start trouble, they're nice, and even if they claim, everyone else wants to help them just for their nice attitudes, we were like them but no one showed positive reactions, just spammed spanish trash and stuff, and my favourite, Zerta in say " jajajajajaja xDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDbot."

we did go by the god damned guidelines, that was actually one thing i wouldn't miss about ragnarok, and you keep saying that but i don't remmber breaking the guidelines that would affect "everyone" just the group that didn't follow the guidelines when we claimed, also you need to stop thinking about those guidelines, Zan made it clear that they will not follow any of them, so no point in have 100 LS /random outside if 1 LS is inside MPKing/stealing/spamming for claim.

Just a quick note: as this is a legitimate background check as to the character of an incoming LS, the thread will not be locked. The past DOES and WILL follow you when you move, since, shockingly enough, people are going to predict your future actions based on your previous ones.

Thalion's group is the only shell on ragnarok people have less respect for than CG and Zan. Fuck them. Second of all, don't act like you've never called GMs on people who had low numbers. I'm not going to deny that I did that. Yeah it's a dick move, but when you've been camping shit for 10 hours straight then have random dicks claim with two pld and a rdm it pisses you off. But then again, I've claimed and held Cerb and Khim solo before ;p Thirdly, shit like lag, crowding, or people casting cures on you are very easy things to prevent and not have to deal with. /blockaid. faithls is a total joke anyway.

the thing is though, whenever there was a matter of contention between shells very rarely did the leadership of cg, with the sole exception being jordi, that's just from my personal experience, make any attempt to remedy the situation. spooking ixion and other lulz spam trading SF rangers and shit like that, don't act like you guys never instigated things. for the most part we let shit fly. we didn't worry too much about hittin you guys back. oh i very much wanted to, but i would have gotten a spanking for it.

The rules were always to escape and have an LS representative roll for Fafhogg, the LS that rolls highest runs back to DA to claim only when he's 100%. Although if you were the only two LS in the zone it's fair game I suppose, though you are still expected to wait for him to regen.

Guys, stop making fun of CG just because you're jealous. They're really all cool people and it's sad to see them go, but I hope they have a great time on Valefor, and never ever ever decide to come back. In fact, I can't wait for the rest of their members to transfer so they can all be together again. You Valeforians should welcome them with open arms and make them never want to leave your server.

CG is so awesome. Their tanks are amazing. They have so many paladins that it's like one big giant paladin of love. NINs? RDMs? What's that gimp shit, real pros only tank with a phalanx of PLDs at everything.

Their DDs are so amazing, too. I'm not sure why they stopped using only SMNs after 6 months or so, though. It was so awesome watching khim use one TP move per minute. They tanked that shit so fearlessly. I guess their new sushi rangers were better though, but it was so disappointing only being treated to a 4 hour Tiamat instead of 5 hours. I feel cheated only being able to witness 80% of the greatness.

I wish I had the stamina to stay up for full 72 hour windows with all my best buddies. I wish I had the courage to stand 2 inches (shit, I mean 6 cm, sorry, gun-toting hilbilly pig american inches talking >.<) from every HNM that someone else claims, spamming spells on it with 40 of my dudes. Those bastards deserve it!

I don't know why we jumped on Odin so fast! We should have been the uber dankness like CG and trained on tier 1 and 2 for a year, first.

When CG borrowed our yellow ixions and tiamat, I was so excited! We would have killed too fast and it would have been a boring day. Screw that. I'd rather watch the masters engage in a delicate tantric dance with the great beast! I nearly cried when they failed to MPK us at xolotl over and over. Whenever they get angry, a poetic melody of pseudorandom insults waltzes gracefully through the /say channel. Their grasp of the english language is a beautiful thing; like watching baby birds learn to fly.

When I learned of the news yesterday, I was overwhelmed with emotion. I felt the intense need to take solace with my closest friends as we paid out respects by partying all night just to mask the pain. Our drunken, giddy cheers were deeply sorrowful. I don't know how I'll carry on anymore. I guess I'll just try to take solace in knowing that CG is in a better place now. A place they'll love and cherish for many, many years to come. A place that isn't Ragnarok.

Honestly, I think at this point, it is clear what the folks on Rag have to say about CG. I would be very interested to see some feedback in the coming weeks from you folks on the new server that has to deal with the CG server transfers.

My only caution is that CG has made it clear that their "definition" of "respect" is rather nebulous and subject to circumstance. Best of luck to you all.

The guidelines are followed when it's convenient and everyone knows that. The only things I've seen followed are /random rules just because it keeps things simple and no one wants to try to sit around and wait for the off chance that three linkshells are going to wipe to a KB, that doesn't happen anymore, and most of the time the MPK rules, because everybody knows better to start attempting to MPK mother fuckers since that pretty much turns an already hard-to-enjoy game into utter chaos, and nobody wants that. When it's one or two LS with no one else around, nobody gives a fuck. The guidelines also had agreements that people in linkshells wouldn't talk shit in /say. When Yael was around people in NO couldn't expect to do that without getting bitched the fuck out. That one went out the window for you guys pretty quickly. I don't have an issue with you guys botting, with you guys outclaiming everyone under the sun, it doesn't matter to me really since I don't play anymore. It's the attitude, regardless of my attitude towards your shell, you, exoda, specifically are the embodiment of what people dislike about your shell, and your predisposition to forgo any concept of "respect" and the rest of the inter-linkshell diplomacy that made ragnarok an incredible server for a long time is a major contributing factor in why other linkshells quit trying to even show you all any level of respect. every linkshell has assholes, one person does something, instead of directing your attention to that person, you go all out against the entire group. fuck em all right? that's how you win the game.
