I think there was one shell that kited KV around and nuked/WSed it down, wasn't there? But yea, I've seen window go over 20+ hours, single/double earth weathers would pop and KV wouldn't. Best way is to have a RDM/NIN mule with app out there. Oh btw, I'm pretty sure it will be up as soon as weathers up.

No KV, and still no double earth. plently of fire though, i think that it does play a role in my struggle. srsly though, this is getting ridiculous. Cant wait to get an earth crystal.

We did a 38 hour wait once. Went from a 1pm spawn time to a 3am spawn time 2 days later. We had someone awake there the whole time. Still that's not as painful as watching certain groups kite the NM for 3-4 hours then proceed to wipe when they finally have 25 ppl in zone.

my first KV kill was after watching a jp shell kite it for an hour, try to zerg it wipe, keep kiting for 2 hours, zerg again, wipe, kite for 2 hours zerg wipe give up. Then we killed it and got a crystal.

28 hours.

I've seen a couple 35+ hour pops and back in the day when gilseller LSs roamed the world, I watched about 4 different LSs of gilsellers battling for it by taking turns wiping with just BLMs nuking...took a good 2-3 hours to kill it.

I saw an LS take it down to 2% with 10 people (no two hours, they wiped when they zerged, and recovered with all two hours spent.) they only had a whm and brd for support, if they had any other mages they would have killed it I'm sure.
