One change Dollhouse may potentially need to deal with in Season 2 is losing Amy Acker, who plays Dr. Claire Saunders. Acker's pilot, Happy Town, has been picked up by ABC.

She may be replaceable but... nonononono!

Yeah, aside from losing a good actor and a pretty face, she doesn't really do that much (at least she didn't until the last couple of episodes). I think she could be replaced and everything would be fine.

Plenty of other routes to go as well. It will be a bit disappointing though, since her character began getting rather interesting in the last few episodes

Really I'd prefer they just pull an actor switch, I think there's far more they can do by keeping the character around even if another person portrays it.

With the concept of the Dollhouse, pulling a character switch would be rather easy as well. They've set themselves up quite nicely.

Can't help but wonder what will be the consequences of him being all cut up on his characters psyche.

It is airing somewhere (multiple places?) in the EU right now, and supposedly it will air the 13th episode when they get to it.

Edit: Though, in my opinion, this was the first episode that truly felt like a Joss Whedon creation to me. Plus, I'll watch just about anything with both Felicia Day and Zack Ward.

Dewitt, Topher and Victor were the only characters I really found interesting throughout the series, so I'll be sad if the first two are gone. Was that Dewitt in the kid's body? She acted more like Dominick, but was going to transfer her personality into Mag's body. The flashback between Caroline and Dewitt was what got me thinking it could be her, but it was rather vague.

I can see why they didn't air that episode now. That's more of a series finale-esque episode than a season finale. I think whedon shot that anticipating the worst.
