At the risk of getting a bit off topic, I'm going to respond to this, but I'll keep it short. Just because someone happens to be next in line to receive a drop does NOT mean that they have fully earned that item. The only time that's guaranteed to be true is when that person was the last person left in line. So no, by my judgement (being the leader of the shell and all), he had not fully earned everything he received. The honorable thing for him to do, once he realized that he didn't want to stick around our shell/server anymore, would have been for him to pass any drops while still attending for the benefit of other members.

This is pretty lol the "honorable" thing to do? in reality when someone works for there items they have every right to get them, whatever they decide to do after that is there own business, it dosnt make any sense to say "hey you worked for your shit, but if you leaving then pass that and go work for it in again in another shell and let ppl who havnt worked half as much as you have it instead, you know, screweing your own self over" that is just grounds for a shell to treat there members any old sort of way making promises that they WILL stay regardless. i'm NOT saying people should get shit and bail, there is a comeplte selfish way people do it and there are ways people acttualy work and discover diffrecnes thay they want to leave or not stick around, i.e unfariness in a ls or arrogent members etc.

But in any case, the extent of my warning was that he might get his stuff and bail. If you believe that it is acceptable behavior to do that, then feel free to disregard my warning; it was meant for people who actually value the efforts of those around them - not you.

It's not acceptable to do that, but as i stated above there are diffrent ways of handling it, as i said i shared a shell with him, he didnt strike me as that type of person, so i my self found it very odd to see a warning on him. all this seems to be is somone left with items they worked for who had no track record of ever doing that, and you threw a hissy fit and slaped a warning on them when it's not as serious as you think.

As far as the Tinnin pop... I wasn't involved with the ZNM shell, but I think it's safe to assume that the members of that shell that worked for those items DO care, however insignificant you feel that activity is.

Those pop items are a bitch to get, i'v been threw it, BUT they ALSO require LOTS of zeni points, it's as much work to the ls as it is to the person holding these items, unless the LS had a strict rule that he was to hold the pop items only for the ls.

so what are you trying to call him exactly, a bailer? a theif? what.

People come and go anyway, and some stuff obviously cannot be returned as per say how Rare-Ex are. I am sure there are people who leave with good terms, some do not. And there are some LS that will use all asshat tactics to ensure loyalty, and some are far more understanding.

I try not to leave in bad terms, and do what I can to leave a group in the best term for both us, so even we part ways we can remain friends as usual. At the same time, I am very picky who to join to begin with -- I only join the people who know people come and go all the time, and people will not use insults or scare tactics to prevent people leaving.

It is just a game -- it is always best played in peace, not paranoid about each other about the loot -- either when you get your next loot or to afraid people run away with loot.

Without better information, I am in not good opinion of the warned person if what OP said is truth. Jump server to join Armada? Hmmmmmm
