Taken in context of the whole entire bible, and the above passages, this does NOT say it is okay to kill homosexuals. The Bible says homosexuality is a sin, and those that sin must be put to death (spirtually). You really need to understand what death means when they talk about it in the bible. When the Bible says the wages of sin is death, this basically means sinners (which is all of us) are condemned to spiritual death (hell and seperation from God) because of our sin, but then it finishes by say "but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord". The gift of God is Jesus sacrificing himself as a blood offering (similar to the way the people of the Old Testament would sacrifice lambs to God as an atonement for sin) for our sin so we don't have to die (again, spiritually).
