Sexy drafting utensil, I must get. It's too bad the blueprints it lies on are computer drafted (or the drafter has an amazing hand). I assume that only uses .5mm lead types; I enjoy my 2mm drafting tool.

Pic I've posted is old, pencil is "Made in West Germany"(model I love) so that should give you an idea :D
They've updated the whole rotring line but I still can't give up my good old T 0.5/0.7/1's(newer ones are thicker, i just can't get used to them). Some of my Rotrings are 15-20 years old and still kicking ass.

I've got a ton of hand-me-downs from relatives that worked mechanical engineering back in their day. I have this beautiful compass set that is around 50 years old yet doesn't show a spot of aging. I was too cheap to buy a circle template when I first started drafting so I had to use that, lol.

Yeah I was pretty underwhelmed too by the higher res shots but I would definitely still hit it. I mean how often do you find a Rei that would do that?
