Irish Car Bombs

This. But I don't suggest you start off with car bombs if you don't drink too often prior. Two kinds of drinks you need to absolutely stay away are bacardi 151 and any warm alcoholic drinks.

also try out White Russian and long island icetea. Both can be quite strong depending how you make it. A lot of girls also like Apple Martini, it's an easy drink to make.

White Russian,

• 5 cl Vodka
• 2 cl Coffee liqueur
• 3 cl Part Fresh cream

Long Island Ice Tea

• 1.5 cl (three parts) Vodka
• 1.5 cl (three parts) Tequila
• 1.5 cl (three parts) White Rum
• 1.5 cl (three parts) Triple Sec
• 1.5 cl (three parts) Gin
• 2.5 cl (five parts) Lemon juice
• 3.0 cl (six parts) Gomme Syrup
• Dash of Cola

Whatever you want to call this

2 parts pineapple juice (The Dole pineapple/peach/whatever fruit is a good one to use too)
1 part Peach Schnapps
1 part Malibu Rum
1 part Grenadine (alcoholic)

Mix pineapple juice/peach schnapps and malibu rum then top off with the grenadine. The grenadine will sink to the bottom and make something pretty to look at. Not to mention it tastes good. Usually a hit with the ladies but sometimes a bit on the sweet side.

My personal favorite is the Irish Car Bomb and/or Long Island Iced Tea

Irish Car Bomb

12 oz Guiness
1 shot Bailey's Irish Cream
1 shot Glenlivet

Take the Bailey's and the Glenlivet and pour 1 shot of each into a double shot. Take the 12 oz Guiness and put it in its own glass (16 oz glass is preferred for less of a mess). Drop the shot into the glass of Guiness then proceed to chug.


Long Island Iced Tea
1 part Belvedere vodka
1 part 1800 tequila
1 part Bacardi white rum
1 part Beefeater gin
1 part Contriou
1 part Sweet and Sour mix
Splash of coke

Mix it all together without the coke. Using a shot glass is a good measurement. I usually just add it all in eyeballing it. Splash the coke on at the end. Yay!


If you just want to drink beer, well I'm sure you know what you like. But if you're in the mood to try something else I prefer Stella Artois (decent beer that's easy to find). Sam Adams Black Lager is pretty good. A not so easy to get creamy beer is Southampton Double White.

I don't have any fancy recipes, but...

-Coconut Rum + cola. I'm not a fan of regular rum, but the coconut stuff is amazing. I've found you can mix it as hard as you want and not really suffer.
-Screwdrivers: Vodka + Orange Juice
-Whiskey Sours: Whiskey + Lemon Juice + Sugar
-Whiskey and cola: My favorite drink by far, ever
-Whiskey and cranberry juice: The weidest thing I've ever drank, both liquids take the edge off the other. The cranberry juice isn't bitter, and the whiskey isn't strong tasting.
-Irish Coffe: Baileys/Kaluha + coffee

Basically I just mix things together and drink it. It works awesome for me, because I'm not a fan of frequenting bars/clubs, so I can usually get some good drinks for cheap because I make them myself.

lol if you're vocabulary isn't too good then I assume neither is your tolerance so I'd stay away from Everclear, 151, or any type of grain alcohol. 21st birthdays are always ridiculous but its nice if you'd be there (mentally) for a little of it so you can remember. If you order any type of 'bomb' (liquor in shot glass and you drop it in a pint glass of something else), I always like to put the shot glass on top of the pint glass with chop sticks and then you have to pound the table to make it fall. Then slam it home. Makes it more fun if you have a lot of people chanting.


Slightly off topic but pertains to alcohol. Does anybody know the name of the follow liquor? A bartender friend of mine will keep giving me a shot of what tastes like whole grain alcohol but the writing on the bottle is what looks like vietnamese. The unique thing is that inside the bottle is a dead snake (cobra maybe) wrapped around a dead scorpion. Anybody ever seen this and perhaps know what the name is/where I can find it?

One of my favorites ever is a Spider Bite... Similar to a Jager Bomb but I don't care for the taste of Jager, and you can hardly taste the alcohol when you drink them!

1 shot of Tarantula Tequila, drop it half a glass of Monster Energy Drink (we use green I believe) and pound it. Delicious :3

Another drink I forgot to mention and it may not be the manliest drink but I don't think any girl would have a problem drinking this. A Licor 43 Dreamsicle which is 2 ounces of Licor 43 and equal parts cream and orange juice all mixed in a rocks glass. Only reason I mention it is because Licor 43 is a vanilla-orange based liqueur and I am a sucker for vanilla. :\

1 part Passionfruit Vodka (not Alize)
1 part Cranberry juice
1 part sour mix (i used a little under)

No clue what the name for it is. I only know it as Kristin's pussy.

My friends and I used to mix Vodka and Orange Tang together back in college. Serve in a chilled aluminum cup. We called it the Cosmonaut.

Another favorite is Manischewitz and cheap chardonnay or champagne. I know that sounds revolting, but iv you've ever had manischewitz before, you know its really, really strong. One friend of mine came to the conclusion that its actually MADE to be watered down (Jewish wine, keep up with me) so you toss pretty much anything into it, and it tastes great!

While I think everyone should try everclear and 151 shots, they are not something you will enjoy for the rest of the night and certainly not what you should start off with.

I usually follow 3 rules while drinking. Now that I'm 24 and over the hill.

1)Don't drink before noon. Unless you are still previously drunk from the night before and planned on drinking when you got back up.

2) Never drink by yourself.

3) Never drink anything you can set on fire.

Following these 3 rules you will still be considered socially acceptable as well as not spending half of your day getting rid of a hangover.
