Delicious alcoholic drink ideas

I drink Jack or Rum & Coke almost exclusively, lol. Occasionally a shot of vodka too.

I turned 21 a month ago so I haven't gotten out there to try everything I should yet, but this thread should help. BG coming to the rescue again!

lol I'm not gonna have any Everclear, but I meant in general vodka+cream soda sounded kinda good. I had a Long Island ice tea back at comic con during summer and it was all I drank the rest of the night. I'm glad you guys posted that recipe in here. I think alot of the chick drinks with all the fruit juices and stuff also sound really good too!

As for my party we are just having a big house party so there isn't going to be a bartender or anything. I think making a big thing of jungle juice or w/e for everyone is a good idea too, I'm definitely gonna do that one.

Bust out the ABC card and hit up the one on Archer! Assuming it's still there lol. With all the alcohol you'll need to buy, oh man I hope you aren't paying for it. Always good to just get a keg too. Can't go wrong with that.

yeah the ABC on Archer is still there and I think my roomates have an ABC card actually lol. We were thinking of a keg but not sure how much it is. I'm gonna buy the stuff for the things I see in THIS thread. We have a lot of stuff on hand though, but noting to make the fruity drink with...like we have a huge thing of vodka, some gin, triple sec, whiskey, but nothing to mix in with them and I mean for shots drinking straight stuff is okay but I'd like to add some flavor.

If you can get any black current elixir (it's kinda like a concentrate, but more syrupy)... I recommend:

#A little bit of ice (3-4 cubes).
#1 shot tequila (can add more)
#A shot's worth of Ginger Ale.
#Add fresh lime juice until the glass is 3/4th's full. (obviously depends what type of glass/cup you are using - basing these figures on a regular drinking glass you would get at a bar/restaurant).
#Add a dash or more of the Black Current elixir (or supplement) until the drink is a bit dark purple & mix.

I always eye-ball it, but portions should be close

If you enjoy Vodka and Sweet Tea, pick up some Firefly Vodka. It is delicious and if you like it straight you can mix it with some water/ice. But I prefer my Arnold Palmer! Add Firefly with lemonade and you have an alcoholic Arnold Palmer. Add it to Chick-Fil-A lemonade and it is the best mixed drink you can get.

Vodka is like Diet Everclear.
Or maybe even non-alcoholic Everclear. There is so much alcohol in Everclear that when you take it all away there is still some left.

what kind of beer you get depends on the keg cost, as well as the size. for shit like miller light, etc you're looking at 80-100$ for 1/2keg + deposit (30bucks for the keg and maybe 20 for the tap)

if you are having beer, go with blue moon or hoegaarden. bud light and coors light suck so hard that you might as well drink tap water.

I second the Hoegaarden. Along with the awesome name it tastes really good.

I'll third hoegarden (though it's pronounced who-gar-ten, says so on the 6 packs).

If you like that style try Weihenstephaner. It' the oldest brewery in the world and it's like hoegarden, but 10x as good. (as long as you get the weissbier, not the premium lager junk)

^ I think you're referring to a Hurricane. You probably mixed hurricane mix and vodka.

If you have Hoeegarden or Blue Moon put an orange slice in it. Brings out the flavor in any wheat beer. Weihenstephaner is better than both of those imo.

Kegs here in Athens (I <3 college towns) you can get a keg of Miller Light/Bud Light/Coors for $63 + any deposits. In Atlanta it jumps up to just below $80.

If you take a shot of Everclear light it on fire first. Then put the flat part of your palm over the shot glass and form a suction. It'll put the flame out and you can lift your hand up and the glass will stick. Then pop the suction and shoot it. Just make sure to put the flame out quickly as the glass can get hot and burn you. Put a dash or two of Tabasco sauce in it for some flavor (called an Open Wound).
