lol^
jumping on the gsp bandwagon always liked the way he fights
also the caveman guida
GSP will win by a decision, I dont think BJ Penn would tap out or get knocked out but he will start getting beaten by round 3.
Machida will win by decision too , he is too evasive and trains with anderson silva.. Cant see him getting knocked out or submitted and Thiago will be too agressive with no clever game plan.
on a side note, how come affliction didn't get its own thread? the card was awesome and Fedor is enough to deserve his own thread.
I am wanting Penn to come out and pull some old shit on GSP and completely dominate him but I think it will either go to a decision or a KO in like round 3.
I think GSP is going to surprise everyone and dismantle BJ. I think it'll be due to ref stoppage, probably 3rd round. And Lyoto will also win by a tko, I wouldn't doubt first round.
i wanna see amir sadollah fight finally, he was on last card but got scratched due to a staff infection, that guy was fun to watch on ultimate fighter.
penn, machida, bonnar, DIAZ.
this card is pretty nice.
GSP with a decision. Penn has way too much heart to submit but his conditioning and training ethics are always suspect in my opinion. The man himself says he use to train half as much as his opponents. More amped about Lyoto Machida vs. Thiago Silva personally. Fight can go either way. The rest of my picks;
Stephan Bonnar vs Jon Jones; Either way I still think Jones has a promising future.
Karo Parisyan vs Dong Hyun Kim
Nate Diaz vs Clay Guida
GSP, no question... he's just TOO good. That being said, it will be a good fight because Penn is no push-over.
It's also nice to see Bonnar fighting again.
Wow @ Fitch being prelim-carded.
Just in case anyone wants a refresher course on "How to elbow your opponent in the head over 100 times in one fight" here is Kim's complete dismantling of Jason Tan. I think he probably lands 50 elbows to his head in the first round.

Kim is ridiculous. Anyone who's paid attention to him before he came onto the UFC should know he's got quite a future ahead of him.
I just hope he wins decisively and gets a shot at GSP (if he wins).
Figured it worked nicely in the Affliction DOR thread, so I'll give you some stream links for this too (this is early, chances are I'll edit this with better feeds later when the event has been on for a bit):

I think he will, he's pretty much got a psychological advantage coming into this fight. Kim is going to go berserk with elbows and knees, exactly how Parisyan lost his last fight.
GSP will win

Always better quality than the JustinTV feeds I find.
There's an extremely long line at the title shot in the welterweight division. If BJ wins, it'll be even longer with an immediate GSP rematch.
After tonight... There's Thiago Alves, then GSP goes after Anderson (if Anderson beats Thales and GSP Alves), then a rematch with either Josh Koscheck or Jon Fitch, then I can see them giving Carlos Condit a shot if he keeps winning now that he's coming to the UFC... Jake Shields is still up in the air as to whether or not he's coming to the UFC... Uhhh, but I can't see Kim getting a shot for another two years or so even if he wins his next 6 fights.
