I am having some network issues, I connected with a modem that runs to a router. The I have two wired PC's setup to the router along with two laptops that connect via wireless.

This is where I have an issue, one of my two desktop PC's is only sending/receiving anywhere from 50-150 packets, while my other desktop is s/r 150,000-300,000. I've literally tried everything in my knowledge to fix this but I am just completely stumped. Both desktop computers run with a XP home OS. Anyone help is appreciated! Thanks!
