Well, I lack Hecatomb as I assume you do too (otherwise you'd be using 'em, right?).

ATT hands, such as Spiked Finger Gauntlets or Tarasque Mitts/+1 would be a good option. BST doesn't have a ton of ATT in general, so pushing that direction on WS isn't bad. Might depend on race too. Taru RSE2 have 6 STR and no -DEX if that applies.

Organs shouldn't be -that- hard to farm for to at least have some on hand for good party invites, should they come your way. However, I can understand why you wouldn't want to use the Temperance just for whatever.

Yeah for solo stuff, Temp axe is wasted (but still fun!)

As for the hands.. -3 dex isn't horrible >.>

With Snarl, I think I would go /WAR to a merit party invite and skip the stones!

I dont carry melee gear for Bst anymore, just no room for it. I Melee in PetDef gear instead now. Trying to get Askar Legs still, keep getting outlotted by Drgs >.>.

Anyway, Lion Timer ZNM can be solo'd, its a good fun fight, you'll enjoy it.
Pallas Shield from Pallas[S] in Vunkerl Inlet is a pain, but really easy with 8 Bsts.
Beast Bazubands is even easier and can be done with 3-4 Bsts. they drop from Dragonscaled BugaalJa in Mamook, 72h repop, gay droprate. Take 3-4 Bsts and a Thf. Everyone 2hour on spiders, have one Bst 2hour on one of the slimes (his job will be to keep all 3 pets busy) and go to town.

Your Charm gear is good and on the right track though. Keep doing Limbus, try to get an Osode and look at a Sea LS for the Torque and you're golden.

Look at a kiting set. Make a macro and put EarthStaff JellyRing and (when you get them) Skadi Boots. Itll save your ass.

I am working on the jelly ring (somehow, out of the three people (me, friend, friend) that have been camping that stupid syrup, I'm the last one to get the ring). I do which on my Earth Staff whenever I am getting the beat down. I CANNOT WAIT until I get my Skadi's Boots. I will be full-timing those things for meleeing and WSing.

I carry all of that charm gear for charm-resistant mobs like slimes and tigers. Mithra aren't huge in the CHR department. (In fact we have the lowest if I remember.)

Temperance Axe should be good offhand/mainhand solo for Primal Rend spam? +7 CHR on the axe too. Not sure how big the effect is compared to stacking MAB. Maybe (as silly as it sounds) offhand a Fourth Mace for more MAB, but that's a bit extreme.

But I don't think Primal Rend will do as much damage as a Rampage in appropriate gear unless you go overboard on CHR gear, but even then it might not be as good.

Monster helm is your best charm head piece (both chr + and charm +)

Get askar dirs if you can't get byakko's haidate (Think this was said though)

    AF+1 hands/legs/feet for chr+ gear

Obviously if you're meleeing alongside your pet, you're not going to be terribly worried about damage potential, since you don't want to pull hate off a charmed pet (This is totally different if you're just using a jug pet for added damage though). But this is what my TP set looks like, not counting weapons

    Askar/chiv/brutal/assault
    Haub+1/dusk/ulthalams/rajas
    Amemet+1/swift/byakkos/aurum

identical to my war (love shared gear), no pcc cause i'm cheap but if you have it use it, but I think this is pretty ideal with some obvious rather expensive and hard to get alternatives.

The nice thing about primal rend is you don't have to invest in an extra ws set if you have a great chr set (get a moldavite earring though). But rampage with a decent ws set will still beat it.

I know you said you don't party much (if at all), so take everything said with that grain of salt.

If your going to use primal rend you may want to consider using
martial axe, uggly pendant, moldavite to up dmg. (to activate uggly just need under 51% mp which with melee sub 2 mp merits covers you) Jumps you to 4.25 tp mod (from 4.0 at 100 tp) and adds 13 mab roughly. Though if you were relly gung ho you could use /rdm as well to get mab+20 lol.

Does Primal Rend consider weapon damage in the equation? Maybe Sirius Axe might be a fairly good weapon for that? (Edit: Assuming party/merit/raids)

No, Primal Rend is a magic WS, so weapon damage doesn't affect it. Which makes it nice for Temperance Axe single wield with Muse Tariqah.
