I made 7 of them on Ifrit, which made me question wether or not it was a tier 0, which it is in fact not.

Weeks, look back around page 18 or 19... i think i had 3 or 4 tier 0s in my bazaar at once.. I only have 1 cerb +1 left thank god..

Edit: All but 1 was made for a LS that was in need of a leathercrafter. They gave me 500k for each hq, and supplied all of the materials, so it was a win-win situation for me. The 1 that i made for myself took a month of collecting materials for 12 synths, and it sold for 9M very quickly.
I can tell you, if you ever wondered, the netherpact chain is obtainable through desynth hq-3 i believe. I'm not sure the order, but 2 silk threads, 1 marid leather, an undead skin, and netherpact chain were all obtainable through desynth.
