Need help locating sound files.

Recently in the zones of ru' ann gardens, and reef ive been having alot of lag, to the point my FPS drops to the 1.0-1.2 mark, did a search on this adn found that the problem mgiht be the BGM files, now id like to either remove them, or replace them with zitah/mire music problem is i dont know whic bgm files are which.

So, if anyone could either give me a list of the sound files, or pinpoint those 4 zones, id really appreciate it.

I've not known music to crash/slow down the game though but oh well, check it out.

Way back when there was an issue with that one, and one other music file. At least for me, it was related to antivirus software. For some reason, FFXI accessing those files would cause the AV software (Zonealarm) to spike to 99% or whatever CPU usage and effectively kill anything else trying to run.

Dunno if it's still the case since I swapped back to Symantec Corporate, but there was a time I ran the game with sound disabled to get around that issue (didn't realize the AV software was the culprit at the time).
