    Windower plugin

    I looked on the site, maybe I missed it but I keep seeing screenshots of people with windower on and it changes their buffs to make the linkpearl, bazaar and the targeting arrow different and their buffs like refresh and ballad are GREEN or like red for minuet ect.

    What plugin is this? And where can I get it?

    Its not a plug in, its a UI pack. Have to get it frommmm I forget.. let me look
