10k XP per run in MMM?!

That's pretty neat, so.. 7-8k an hour no EXP buffs in 30 min tops(if not shorter) is about 14-16k/hour. No too bad. If more people we're interested in MMM on my server I'd really try for this, but finding MMM groups sucks.

the enemies they say have exp bonuses are the imp, Taurus (going off the Japanese.... haven't looked up the English version), and dragon families.

That would sound believable because the only way to get a demon or dragon rune is from the hoardbox. If hoardbox only mob runes give an exp bonus then maybe elementals would work as well but.... yeah. Unless they could be mana-burned.

Where to get the runes:

003 Birds is bought for 100 marbles
010 Demons is a Tier 1 Hoardbox drop from runs with NO 094 Lost & Found rune on the Tabula
014 Tiny Warrior is bought for 300 marbles
017 Supreme Might is a Tier 1 Hoardbox drop from runs with NO 094 Lost & Found rune on the Tabula
018 Might is bought for 300 marbles
102 Trial by Numbers is bought for 100 marbles
108 Conditioning Contract is a Tier 2 Hoardbox drop from runs WITH the 094 Lost & Found rune on the Tabula

Demons and Supreme Might drop fairly often. Conditioning Contract seems a harder drop.

Has anybody here obtained Rune 108? What kind of maze did it drop from?
Is this something that would have a higher drop rate in say a voucher 07 run then an 01 maybe?

I think 108 only drops if you put Lost and Found.
So far I've only seen 1 drop from LnF on V07, and many2 crafting runes/job runes.

I still think it's kind of funny how a lot of people across various servers trash MMM saying it's not worthwhile. I have brought up the fact that you can get some serious exp to numerous people but they all shrugged at the idea because you have to farm up the marbles to make the maze that gives you a good setup to get exp. Even if it took a whole month to get the correct marbles, its totally worth it because you can make a mini merit pt when you are completely short on time and can get exp in the process.

Any tests with level sync and doing this on a lower level job? Would be pretty amazing if you get the same exp, and could power level lower level jobs...

I don't think lower level jobs work. I don't think we got any EXP from the box at the end when we had a lower level marble farm job there.

But that's because you had higher levels too. If everyone is a low level, and I believe level sync will work, then you still get exp.

That's because you're a group of 75's beating on level 1 stuff. On the other hand, if you were a group of level 10's beating on level 10 stuff, you'd get XP.

Yeah, I can see this working at lower levels with level sync.

try syncing in the lobby and not the actual maze so that you don't load in at an odd level perhaps, don't know if it carries over though.

I think the XP rings were for the mob XP, not the box XP. I'm fairly sure you don't get EXP bonus from Besieged/Campaign/Scrolls with ring, so I don't see why this would be any different.

Of course, one theory of box XP was that it stores away a percentage of the XP you would get from the mob, so perhaps it calculates mob XP first (boosted by ring), THEN stores it away, in which case you would definitely need a ring.

It's definitely some percentage of your exp from killing mobs. It's noticeable if someone afks and misses a couple mobs and catches up later. It's also why you never make any exp from chest doing runs as Lv75 with a Lv1. And 108 boosts the % of your earned exp that the box gives, which is why this works. Not sure if the % is fixed or if it varies by mob family.
