Care to explain? I'm guessing Kaiten has no attk bonus like y/g/k have, and therefore the attack +25 from byrnie +1 would outweigh the STR+5 osode has over it? If this is the case, there should still be a point (near the cratio cap) where osode will outperform byrnie, right?

While I do not have an Amano, I'm under the impression that the general consensus on Amano users is that the Att on the Byrnie outweighs the str on Osode nearly universally.

Any amano owners care to throw some math around for me?

you more or less never cap attack on a WS without an innate bonus, use the byrnie unless you're doing something ridiculous like dia3/minuetx2/chaos >.>

I ws'd in Haub+1 for everything and Osode for SA only until the testing found out about the acc/atk bonuses. I haven't noticed me missing any more with osode on full time for ws than Haub+1...so...

Osode, stop living in the past, etc.
