there's a crapload of releases coming up in march as well, but i wasn't gonna make a thread for them yet
edit: Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon came out in EU in december, japan in april, but won't be out til 2/16 here in the U.S. unless you import it, according to wiki and ign.
SF 4, SO4, and KZ2 is what I am getting.
Just looking forward to Star Ocean 4 myself, nothing else really sticks out to me.
o, I don't have a flash cart so I'm guessing that's how you played it. How does it compare to the GBA/Gamecube/Wii Versions? Someone told me the GC version is the best, which Fire Emblem would you recommend to someone new to the series?
Yknow, with all the DS games coming out in the next 3 months I really should look into a flash cart. Anyone know a reliable site that sells them and/or have any advice which to get?
GC version isn't the best lol, GBA is.
Start with FE7 (just called "Fire Emblem" in NA), then after that either emulate a translated FE6, maybe play FE1DS, or go with the gamecube version. FE8(Sacred Stones) isn't as good. (It's not a bad game, it's just very different from the standard fire emblem formula, recommend staying away from it until you get to know the series better)
swt, thanks. do flash carts let you play GBA roms on your DS as well as DS games?
Pre-ordered Wander's from Y's 1&2 before they decided to make all first print a CEAlso going to pick up SF4 for PS3. Bout all I can afford though, especially if i'm going to plunk down for the CE of SF4 and a stick.
I'm really looking forward to Killzone 2, the whole Multiplayer system looks like it could be really interesting, me and my friend are planning on playing that for awhile.
But yeah, March looks like it going to be a good month too.
I heard Fire Emblem DS is shit but I'll probably torrent it anyway, it can't be so bad it's not worth at least downloading. Looking forward to Dragon Quest V, too.
prinny, noby noby boy, maybe flower, and killzone 2 if the devs announce a patch for the fucking horrible controls
Killzone 2 and Street Fighter 4, nothing else really has my interest this month.
Retro Gaming Challenge is pretty good so far. You have to beat through 4 challenges each for 6 games before you can play the RPG, but I'm enjoying it.
As for a flash cart, anyone know a good one to order/from where? Any help would be appreciated ;o
