    the best way is to have quite a few summoners, and multiple thief / main healers in the same alliance

    Thf essentially are the tanks, with their super-neat flee and utsusemi-casting powers, they technically can't get hit (often)

    Also: Pond trick is awesome if you know how to play with it

    We only recently started to do T4 ZNM. Since there is no well geared PLD in LS, we did the entire path with RDM/NIN + NIN/DRK tank.

    Just did 7 Tinnins last week and it was surpriingly easy to blink tank. I think MAD does block breath attack to certain extent, notice NIN/DRK took more damage than RDM/NIN but it can be simply because of stoneskin. Put THF in BLM party for Collaborator, we only have BLM pulled hate once and each fight took about 12-15mins with good backline support. RDM/NIN can ichi tank Tinnin provided it's fully debuffed and doesn't double attack. To be honest I think it's easier to straight tank Tinnin than Gotoh Zha the Relodent.

    BLU has failed to impress me in every single endgame event except ZNM. Nosferatu is actually very weak to SATA vertical cleave. Get 2 tanks and have them tank on opposite side, and bring as many BLU/THF you can find. With 4 BLU/THF Nosferatu should die in 15mins.

    Be careful with that collaborator. We did a low-man tinnin in which we had a few blms just stand on his feet with the PLD solo tanking. Aoe wasn't bad at all as long as no one is getting pulled in. All was going well until I had a who thf thought he was smart and collaborated me several times in a row and then ran out of range. Of course he got drawn in and triggered a TP move.

    Doesnt really matter, only he that gets drawn in will die from it.. usually.

    As for nosferatu, kite + any ranged damage makes it a pretty Zzzz fight.

    Couple questions on this:

    For the TP burn, does Sarameya not use Ululation during CS mode? And if you kill him this quickly, does he get stuck in his first CS mode, so he won't use Gates of Hades?

    He may get a Ululation off if you dont push if to the first CS phase fast enough. As for the GoH, we've had him use it a few times during CS mode in his last %, but that may have been just because his first phase ended and he went straight into his last CS phase which opened up GoH. Not like it mattered though.

    We did Nosferatu on Friday cleared the "???" room of mobs and just melee'd him down, only one fight got really messy when his Decollation was aimed the wrong way and tooled a couple of our mages.

    Ya thats the problem though with meleeing him, he can be "ok" one fight, then decide he wants to rape your dead bodies with rakes and chains the next (back to back decolation -> Astral Flow ).

    I have never laughed so hard raping SMNs as a bat though...

    For Nosferatu can you get a few blms and rdms all solo and just keep nuke zoning him?

    Ya we did that once when we were low on people and our tank/melee were godsmacked. Takes a while though.

    BLU/THF works much better than BLM in my experience. Vertical Cleave does 1k even with just SA. It usually casts a spell when you aggro it. Just make sure to have a RDM to keep bio on. Only took us about 15mins with 3 BLUs 1 RDM 1 BRD 1 BLM.

    done doesnt take too long and is easy as taking a dump

    Yeah it's more that since our LS has had some good success with Cerbs, we have a lot of members with a LOT of Zeni pops on Cerb and Hydra path. 12 Nosferatus, 10 Achamoths, stuff like that. So the leaders are always looking for ways to speed things up. We have taken to a modified TP burn of both Nosferatu and Achamoth at the spawn point, and we're starting to think about handling other mobs the same way.

    Of course we have always handled Tinnin the conventional way, but I was wondering about something faster.
