Curious to know people's best films for watching with the gf/bf. Pure romance, romcom, anything of the genre that stands out for you. Sad as it sounds I'm a big fan of 50 first dates.

Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind.
was funny watching the smallville episode this season with the same elements of that movie.
hmm the only kinda romantic film me and my ex watched (inb4 fag(i was forced)) was broke back mountain.
omg you watched brokeback mountain, you must be gay!!!11
Kate & Leopold was good, romance with time traveling mixed in lol
PS I love you was good, but also sad
I'm a sucker for these kinds of moviescan't think of any others atm though, too early in the morning
(Also, Shelter was really cute, gay-themed though)
Chasing Amy. It's a decent bittersweet and romantic movie. Though I will never admit to being stupid, it is my way of letting the significant other know that, "Hey, I might say and do things that are stupidly wrong or perhaps even closed minded and dumb. It however will never mean that I do not, and will not always love you"
Edit:
Also, "The Lake House". Lot's of people cannot stand Keanu, but I have never really minded him. Ever. This is a decent movie to chick it out with.
never seen a good one. sorry.
"The Holiday" Jude Law (/drool), Cameron Diaz, Kate Winslet and Jack Black.
I know its a bit of a christmas based film but seriously, such a good film.
I can't say i'm into a lot of sloppy, lovey dovey bollocks movies, but this one had me.
It seems like my favorite are tragic romances.
Closer ~ This by far and away.
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind ~ As long as she has an open mind and an IQ higher then a rock she should be able to understand it. The ending where it shows them running down the beach over and over is the best romantic scene ever made imo. As if they keep finding each other over and over.
Vanilla Sky ~ Possibly the best romantic movie ever, but you have to break it down and discuss the movie for that to happen.
Tuck Everlasting ~ One of those Disney movies that went under the radar but I really liked it. The line "I'll love you till the day I die" is very memorable. And ending you won't forget.
Sweet November
