Anchorman is an easy choice for recent comedy films. Harder choice for older films but The Naked Gun series was pretty good.

Old: Mystery Science Theatre 3000
New(er): A Night with Kevin Smith
I recently saw the highlight reels of his Q&A sessions at colleges around the US and I'm not sure I've laughed that hard in a long time. I'm not sure how someone can be that funny in a (mostly) unscripted environment. I'm sure he's told a lot of those stories numerous times.

God I love those "movies". The 2nd one wasn't as great, but the 1st and 3rd are classic. The stories about prince, the batman producer, and his wife's battery acid vagina are fucking amazing.
