Phillies really need to get Myers/Park/Romero/Eyre healthy again.

In playoffs in close games...Madson 8th Myers 9th please. Lidge can come in in the 9th when either team is up by 6 though.

EDIT: And yes, although the Phillies had a 3 run shot to really open up the game...it's refreshing to see them playing some small ball again.

The Phils are probably going to be forced to use Happ as the playoff closer thanks to us having practically no lefties in the pen, and nobody with the ability to close a game out. It sucks because he has been such a great starter all year, but thats just how it is.

That would push Pedro into the 4th starter slot and I'm not sure he'll be healthy enough for that. I don't trust the old man either despite the fact that he's pitched really well since his demotion.

I was watching Lidge during his blown save the other night and he seriously look scared shitless out there. He was shaking and had a paniced look on his face. I don't want to see his ass out there again unless the game is well out of hand.

Phillies seriously need to get their shit together and go into the playoffs hot. For the first time this year I'm starting to worry about them. Especially their relief/closing.

The only team that's hot right now in the NL that could possibly make the playoffs are the Braves. I'm a Cards fan through and through but if there's one team that scares me in the playoffs it's the Braves. I hope the Rockies hold off but you never know esp with the Braves getting the Nats to finish the season.

Yesterday was a sloppy game, Jimmy never should have dropped that pop-up(Yes, I'm aware people make mistakes.) and then the Brewers never would have had 5 runs. But I definitely agree about the bullpen situation.
