Good game last night. Feel bad for Kershaw. That HR he gave up to Ruiz was only the second one he gave up at home all season (first was to Bengie Molina in April).

Heard that fact while listening to ESPN radio while driving home. Is it too much to ask to have reputable sportscasters like Dan Shulman and Dave Campbell call the game on tv? The TBS guys suck.

Start Cliff Lee over Hamels in game 1 of the NLDS? Complete game, near shutout. Start Pedro game 2 of the NLCS? Pitching a jump. Dump Brett Myers for Chan Ho Park? He throws smoke. It's amazing how much crow Philadelphia has eaten for that lovable old man.

Girardi used up his entire pen in game 2 before the 11th. Gardenhire used them all in every game, and Manuel is on pitcher #5 to get out #3

Honestly, I think the TBS announcers should be fired if they repeat the same fucking fact more than 3 times in a game.

Maybe it's the Chicago homer in me, but I like Chip Caray. It's Ron Darling I could do without, guy adds no excitement to the game. I dunno why people hate TBS broadcasts, it's not Joe Buck/Tim McCarver or Thom Brennaman or Troy Aikman or Jeanne Zelasko bad. Who does the hiring for Fox Sports anyway?

Still think the Phils will win the series, but yeah that was painful to watch. A bunt single and an error for one run, and a bases loaded walk for the other. But you gotta hand it to Padilla, everyone's gonna talk about how good Pedro looked but he was sharp in his own right and kept Rollins and Victorino off base.

Time for some McD's before Yankees/Angels.

Announcers weren't "terrible" compared to the Phillies/Rockies series. But the pre-game guys on TBS said Pedro won't make it to the 5th inning which just made them sound like retards.
